Thornfish, Bovichtus variegatus, VT2867
Physical Description
Stuffed skin of a thornfish, with the body straight and the fins fully extended and the mouth open. The PR side is painted in a lifelike manner for display, while the PL side has a wide seam along the midline from taxidermy. Specimen has mounting wires and a metal ring attached for display, and has a glass PR eye.
