Sloth bear, Melursus ursinus, VT2414

Specimen is mounted on a wooden base in natural standing position. Head and tail are held in line with the body. Body and legs are black/dark brown. Head is black/light brown. Projecting nails are brown in colour. Eyes and nose are black. Thick layer of fur in the whole body, more prominent in the ear region.
