Striped skunk, Mephites mephites, VT2361

Specimen mounted on a wooden base, standing on a tree branch. Head is in line with the body and tail is held up. Legs are slightly displaced as if the animal was walking. Head and legs are dark brown/red. Face and ventral part of the body are light brown/red. Body is dark brown with a white stripe from the top of the head to the tip of the tail. Eyes and nose are black.
