Alpine marmot, Marmota marmota, VT2338

Marmot mounted on a historic wooden base in natural standing position. Head is held in line with the body and tail is held down. A thick layer of fur covers the body and it is coloured light brown, mid brown, cream and with patches of black. The tip of the tail is black in colour. Ears are small.
