Dusky dolphin, Lagenorhynchus obscurus, VT160

Physical Description

Skull of a dusky dolphin with no mandible associated. Upper teeth are in place, but severely worn or broken. There is a pathological process in the proximal/lateral part of both maxillas. Left periotic is in place. Post-mortem skull fractures in the suppraoccipital region.
