Volute, Alcithoe arabica depressa, IV9410

Physical Description

Small sized volute shell with sharp protrusions on the shoulder, steep spire, and wide mouth. The surface is mostly creamy pink coloured, with bands of dark brown zigzag patterns. The body whorl has orange staining, probably from the sand it was found in.
