Physical Description
Yatangan'. Short, slightly incurved blade. Regular width from hilt to near point. Single-edged, engraved floral pattern and Arabic letters, one side only. Embossed silver and niello hilt, floral patterns, extends onto blade, parcel-gilted. Unguarded, split, straight grip, distinctive pommel spreading out in 'ears' or 'wings'.
Scabbard ornate embossed silver and gilt. Complex floral patterns, tip in form of animal head. Locket four raised rings. Small loop mount.
