Physical Description

Plate with a flat base with a curving flange and a straight-edged rim. The main glaze is white, with a line of blue around the rim. Also a fine blue and light brown line in the centre. Beige and blue feathered flower designs decorate the centre. Feathered brush strokes on the outside of the line in the centre.
