Water heater or teapot? Beautifully decorated outside with floral and patterned designs. Has ornate handle, which appears to be in the form of an elephant. Spout is similar. Base is carved out. Two lids to jug, one opens into the central chamber of the jug, which goes through to the bottom and finished in a series of carved holes. Larger lid opens into main body of jug, which is completely sealed. Appears to have brass hinges. Circular base and cross section.
