Jug, F45.114

Jug with a scalloped edge and fluted surface. Scroll-like handle which is decorated with red and green. Handle could possibly represent the form of a snake. The body of the jug has a white ground colour and is decorated with a oriental style pattern of flowers and foliage in orange and blue tones. Same pattern appears on inside rim.

Mark on the base indicates it was produced by "MASON'S PATENT IRONSTONE CHINA".
