Wheelmade form. Deep nozzle with open, U-shaped channel. Small triangular lugs on either side of nozzle, applied strap behind nozzle. Flattened, rounded body with applied discs on either side of shoulder and either side of handle base. High, gently flaring neck with slight collar at base. Vertical band handle from shoulder to upper-neck; indistinct S-shaped handle ornament. Flat base. Glazed all over.
