Physical Description
Curved Tibetan horn jug (travelling) made from wood - carved in a 'ribbed' fashion. Decorated metal bands ring each end as well as the edges of a slot which extends a little way down the length of the horn jug from the thin end. A decorated metal strip also rings the jug at a point near the end of this slot. Two rings are attached to this strip. The jug is somewhere between oval and half-circular in cross-section. The thin end with slot is open. The wide end is plugged with a wooden stopper.
