Shield, D24.2319

Circular shield, constructed from wood. Has silver patterning on the top, with four circular attachments, with floral decorations. in between are four figures, holding items in each hand. Floral decorations in between. At bottom is a semi-circular shaped piece of metal. Underside of shield, has cream material band, held on by two metal rings. Two other metal rings have new metal wrapped between them (possibly for hanging).
