Physical Description
Miniature set/model of Japanese armour. Consists of helmet, with large "horns", red lacquer? panels and purple and multicoloured stitching. On the front is a large round silver disk. Floral decoration on edges in silver. Red underside and purple cord to attach to head. Section of body armour, breast piece and thigh protection. All dark red and purple in colour. Arm protection attached to body. White trimming and bow on front. 6 thigh protection panels come off bottom. Made from paper? Two leg/shin protectors, in black with gold and silver floral design, and orange cords. Paper backing. Separate thigh protectors, that sit under armour. Dark grey top and red and purple panels. Underside has symbols and floral design. Wooden stand, upright support only. Two shows, symbols match underside of thigh protection. Orange underside, black tassels at end. Length of string separate.
