Physical Description

Historic display case containing 26 various birds mounted on a tree-like branch diorama, and two ferrets on the ground. This specimen is a juvenile crimson rosella mounted in a display case in perching position. The body is leaning forward and the head is tilted down as though grabbing a branch with its beak, so that from the front of the case, the back of the bird is visible. Both wings are folded against its body. Located in the lower left region of the case.
