Pūkeko, Porphyrio porphyrio melanotus, AV294
Physical Description
Study skin of a pukeko, with its body in a straight line with the head and the tail, the wings folded against the body, the beak tilted up. The body is twisted so it lies on its side, with little or no stuffing in the belly. The legs are folded up against the abdomen.
