Red kite, Milvus milvus, AV1548

Bird of prey with striped pattern on head and front, mounted in an upright standing position on a perch. Wings are folded back against its body, and the ends of the longest flight feathers cross over at the back of the bird. Head is turned toward its PL side. Has a long tail pointing downward.
